There you will see all the Precious Blood devotional chaplets displayed. 100 prayer beads in polished Obsidain stone made from lava rock. These solid weighty beads feel sold in your hand. They are used for the recitation of indulgenced invocations during the day such as "Precious Blood of Jesus Christ, save us and the whole world," or the prayer of St Gertrude for releasing the Poor Souls from Purgatory. The history of prayer beads is included with each purchase and includes a number of indulgenced invocations one can pray during the day to inculcate a habit of "praying unceasingly" as scripture encourages us to do. These are the same beads as shown above, but with a much smaller string of only 25 beads. These tuck nicely into a pocket or purse and conveniently fit into your hand while you pray.
